ROOFS
This fall we will begin our program to replace all roofs in our complex. After much searching, research and negotiations, we have signed a multiyear contract to replace all roofs.
THERE WILL NOT BE AN ASSESSMENT TO REPLACE THE ROOFS.
We feel with careful management and budgeting of our funds; we should be able to complete all buildings in 3-5 years. As the replacements will be done in segments, we will work with the contractor to choose what buildings need to be addressed first. Using MI Roof Renewal nearly five years ago, brought new life into our roofs and enabled us to afford this program.
Your HOA Board of Directors is working hard to continue to make Moravian Meadows a beautiful place to live.

Dear Co-Owners,
As of July 1st, Priority Trash is now our pickup service. Their number is 586-228-1200. Nothing else has changed. We will continue to have our trash picked up on the same day of the week, which is Wednesday. For a reminder about what you can and cannot put in the recycling container, please review the November 12, 2023 blog post.
