Spring is finally here, birds are singing, trees are budding, and the grass is getting green

Your board is looking forward to all the projects planned for this year. We have hired a Professional Turf Management Company to tackle the damage the grubs and skunks did to our lawns last year.

All white buildings will be getting a new fresh coat of paint making them look like new.

Our roads will have all cracks filled and many areas repaired and then the roads will be completely top coated making them look brand new.

This year all buildings will be sprayed for insects.

Scheduled Concrete replacement program continues.

Oversized gutters with leaf guards continue and updates and maintenance to our 40-year-old sprinkler system is ongoing.

Tree and shrub replacement will also continue.

Of course, any and all required maintenance will be addressed. You can see it's going to be a very busy year for your board, but we will get it done.
